I have been seeing Dr Samantha McClean for just over three years. I have recently followed her to this new practice AND am prepared to travel further to remain her patient. I would just like to say firstly, this new practice seems very friendly over the phone and very helpful.
I would also like to say that Dr Sam has been an incredible support for me over the past three years. She has always been understanding, empathetic, and very helpful. I have always felt that I can be open with her about anything and that as my GP she has always guided me to the best approach. I cannot recommend this Dr enough

Actually a 7 day medical practice!!! open on Sun 2nd Jan AND answered the phone when no other "supposedly" open practice I had rung had. The doctor I saw was great and dealt quickly and very efficiently with my emergency. Really like the temperature taking machine on the way in as well - very Covid safe.

The Doctors are helpful, friendly, understanding and truly take the time to investigate your problem. Using the HotDoc app to book is so simple and accurate. The staff are all wonderful, professional & friendly. Dr. Joel is amazing and has worked extremely hard to help me even doing telehealth calls whilst I was intra state in lock down and supporting me through the illnesses that come with that environment.

I gave them one star because none wasn't an option, my 4yo son does a better job with his toy doctors kit. Visited this clinic as I needed a last minute appointment, waited a ridiculously long time to see to a rude, abrupt and dismissive Dr. Abi who clearly got her credentials from a cereal box. She stared at me and touched my neck, refused to permit me to remove my mask to assess the reason I was there. Conducted no basic examination told me I'm likely just getting sick and sent me on my way - would not recommend, at least not this useless doctor anyway!

So grateful for Michelle at reception Dc Kahn and the lovely nurse who dressed my daughters cast, also the lady at the X-ray. I called with a minor emergency and from the moment I called they made my 4 year old a priority with her broken arm on her birthday! Everything was done so professionally and timely and we really appreciate it. Thanks so much

I used to come here as a kid when I lived in the area, and even though I've moved around since then, I still make the trip here when I can't get an appointment with my local GP.
The reception staff are lovely and helpful, and even though there can sometimes be a bit of a wait, it's worth it to see doctors that are friendly, attentive and who do their best to help.
I saw Dr Sam McClean for the first time today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was saying.
I'm actually sort of disappointed that I don't live in the area any more, because
