Dr Roy Felstead founded Horsham's Lister House Medical Clinic as a Group Practice in 1936. The Doctor's Partnership was the second Group Practice formed in Victoria. The medical clinic had consulting rooms, a theatre, x-ray equipment and accommodation for two receptions.

The clinic doubled and re-doubled its staff, and in 1982 had 12 full-time doctors, including one GP trainee, four part-time doctors, 14 office and support staff, one casual and 15 part-time employees.Today, Lister House Medical Clinic has 10 full-time doctors, two GP registrars, two medical students, an in-house surgeon, as well as visiting cardiologists, paediatricians and a psychiatrist.

Girls at reception are very friendly and helpful.
Trying to phone for an appointment or information can be very frustrating at times as even though it's a landline it tells you to leave a text msg after listening to their msg..Huh..

Less than impressed with the nurse, he not only cut my partners cheek, he changed dressing that didn't need changing and couldn't do the dressing that was supposed to be done

Never an issue at this clinic. All reception staff are lovely and go above and beyond. I've witnessed numerous times where reception staff and doctors are being abused and all staff have remained professional.

Sorry but todays visit was definitely one of the worst. My appointment was 10.10am, i left at 12.00pm and still didn't get to see the doctor. Never making a appointment with Dr Mihaela Guguila again ever...can't believe i sat that long she didn't turn up till about 11am....

Reception staff were initially short and a bit rude. They kept me waiting for an hour. The actual doctor, who was good, was left to enter my details, like next of kin, into the system.

No problems here. Just the usual good service. Doctors listened to me asked pertinent questions. They performed several tests and prescribed appropriate medication. Medicare Rebate was available on the spot!
