I recently lost a diamond stud earring. Charles Rose provided a new diamond and re-set my earrings together with providing screw backs. Lovely job, very happy with them. The screw backs are fabulous. Means I can stop the regular checking to ensure the backs are in place.

Today was a fantastic experience purchasing a gorgeous pear shaped engagement ring. We had been looking for weeks and as soon as we walked into the Collins street store we were met with a friendly smile from the manager, Rebecca. What a gem of a lady! We said what we wanted and she came out with a ring that blew us away. It was her knowledge, professionalism and her love for the industry that really sold us, the ring just topped it off.
