In 1990, Michael Valitutti commenced his business as Surfers Paradise Locksmiths. He operated from a purpose fitted van and solely provided a 24hr mobile locksmith service for eight years, before taking on a partner and several employees. Michael, along with his partners in 2001 had the foresight to expand the business, which to date includes an electronic division, a security division, and an architectural hardware division.
In 2004 they moved the business to their owner-built, custom designed building at 101 Ashmore Road, known as SPL House. The state-of-the-art showroom, board room and staff amenities included in the building are a testament to Michael's commitment to provide customers with the highest quality of products and service.
