Honed floors are mainly used on the outside of an area including patios, walkways and around pools. It has the same characteristics of a polished concrete floor but with a low sheen coating resulting in a look similar to a stone paver.

A grind and seal process typically follows the same grinding process as Polished Concrete however a topical coating is rolled over the top of the floor to produce a similar effect to Polished concrete with a wet look that can be matt, satin, semi-gloss or gloss.
