Shenton Avenue Medical Centre was founded by three of the most devoted family doctors in Perth's northern suburbs: Dr Sam Hanna (MBBCH, AMC, FRACGP), Dr Julius Tan (MBBS, MAFP, FRACGP) and Dr Nash Qamar. All 3 doctors have more than 2 decades of medical experience and they work together to provide and operate a complete and holistic medical clinic.

40min wait time for my baby’s appointment, had to wait in car. No advise that they were running so late, pretty rough with a screaming child the whole time. Once we saw the dr no apology for being so late and she got me in and out of the office in 3 minutes.
Another time 30 min wait and charged for longer appointment as the printer broke and dr had to get it fixed. Consult with the dr was only 5 minutes. $50 out of pocket expense for this terrible experience.
Do not recommend and will not return.

Worst doctors practice I've ever been too. After waiting over an hour with prebooked visits on more than 1 occasion. I was clearly in a high level of pain and distress. Only to be told he can't help me and to see my regular gp. Very rude doctor. What happened to real doctors who checked your temp, ears and throat before asking what is wrong?? Never going back there.

The worst service and experience ever. After waiting 20 minutes for my appointment I had to leave as there were still 2 patients ahead of me. No apology or explanation was given nor was I informed when I arrived that the doctor was running behind. When I raised the issue with the receptionist she was surprised that I was not happy to be waiting so long. The same thing happened at the prior 2 appointments so this is common practice. I called the surgery later to discuss my experience and the receptionist Sue hung up on me. I recommend going to any other medical centre to save yourself time & grief

The Doctors here are fantastic. They are very professional and very thorough. Only a few week ago I was given advice that fortunately for me I took. It saved my life, I was a walking time bomb and could have had a catastrophic heart attack at any moment. After having a stent placed in a major artery I am recovering well.
