I would never purchase another build that they are involved in. They cut corners everywhere and for the issues they will admit to, they take years to fix. Horrible people. Absolutely embarrassed for them as a company.

I have worked with Tomkins for several years now, and have always found them to be a very honest and well rounded builder. All their staff are very approachable and easy to get along with. They look after their subcontractors, by continually giving them work, by paying them on time and also fairly. Overall i have always enjoyed working along side Tomkins and will continue to work along side them for years to come.
