Blaxland Thai Restaurant started in 1997 as a family business in the town of Blue Mountains. It was then expanded throughout the blue Mountains from Katoomba through to Blaxland as well as Western Sydney in the suburb of Mulgoa and Erskine Park. In 2008, Thai Square continued its expansion to the beautiful town of Lake Macquarie, Warners Bay.
