First Class service from Mordialloc Florist! I ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered. From the phone call to the follow up email and then another email to let me know the flowers had been delivered the service was excellent. The lovely lady on the phone was so helpful, friendly and patient. The whole process was fantastic. Best of all the recipient of the flowers was over the moon and absolutely delighted. Highly recommend!

Even that it was over Public Holidays, she responded promptly and that error was corrected - great communication, thank you Kylie. Flowers arrived before 11am on the day and recipients was delighted. Excellent!
