We are a family oriented practice with a combined experience of 37 years between Dr. David Lelek and Dr. Kristina Mazziotta. We are highly passionate about the Chiropractic profession and we enjoy looking after a range of patients from infants, young children, teenagers, adults and the elderly. We use safe, gentle and effective techniques to offer our patients relief from various musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. David W. Lelek took over the Kardinya Chiropractic Clinic in the year 2000 and has transformed it into a very well known chiropractic practice in the City of Melville. Dr. Kristina Mazziotta came on board as an associate Chiropractor in 2013 and together they continue to grow and establish a warm and friendly family based practice while providing an excellent standard of care to all of their patients.

Dr. Lelek has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Canada in 1992. He has been active in private practice for over 27 years and has lived in the Melville area for over 21 years.

Dr. Kristina Mazziotta is an experienced Chiropractor and has been practicing in Perth, Western Australia for over 10 years with a wide range of skills and knowledge in various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Dr. Kristina graduated from Murdoch University completing a 5-year double degree attaining a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic.

Ally has been a Receptionist with us since 2018. Before joining our team she volunteered widely within the City of Melville at such worthy not for profit organisations as Save the Children, ConnectGroups and Braemar Presbyterian Care. Ally also has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Politics and International Studies and Business Law.

Avalon has been working at the Kardinya Chiropractic Clinic as a receptionist since 2019. This year Avalon began her first year at Notre Dame University studying teaching and she is thoroughly enjoying it. Avalon is extremely passionate about early childhood studies and loves to entertain your little ones while you relax and enjoy your adjustments!
