At Kennedys apart from Traditional Training Equipment we have a huge range of Functional Training Equipment such as sleds to push, Roman Rings, TRX, Battle Ropes, Large 90kg Tractor Tyres to flip, small tyres to flip, Wall balls, Dead balls, all types of balls!
We even have a hugely popular Private Outside Training area that has a Basketball Ring, Wall Mounted Chin Bar, Dip Bar, Flat Bench, Step Ups, Parralell Bars and plenty of space for shuttle runs, skipping, lunges, boxing.In our Cardio Room, we literally have the Best Treadmills the Fitness Industry has to offer.

One issue most people have with working out in a gym is knowing what to do and how to do it, but when working with one of our "PT's" you don't have to think about that. We choose the best exercises to achieve the best outcome for you every session. Those exercises are done the right way, and the right way for you depending on any injury you may have, your actual gym experience, current fitness level and even how you're feeling on the day!

If you could devise your own Gym Membership, I can imagine you would pay NO JOINING FEE, it certainly would NOT BE A CONTRACT, you would like the flexibility of freezing your membership while on holidays or if you need time off for an injury or such and of course there would be no fees in that, you would like to be able to walk in the door ANYTIME you desire (24/7) there would be NO CANCELLATION FEE OR 30 DAY CANCELLATION policy, in fact you would love to be able to cancel it virtually within 24 hours rather than 30 days!
