The person answering the phone is extremelly unhelpful to the point of being rude. My business partner didn't quite appreciate having someone yelling at him for asking a very valid question about the security system that they have installed for us. We have been customers for a while, but will not be working with them again.

Disappointing- even at the quote creation stage. Multiple messages later, and greater than a month later, and have not received the quote.
