I took my 3 kids here 31.12.2021 for a clean and fluoride treatment, the team were courteous and efficient putting the kids at ease. I would have given a 5 star review but for a billing issue where the kids were charged at the adult rate in error. Kylie the practice manager was proactive in resolving this matter by returning the difference between what we paid and what we should have paid. Given the ownership and action taken to correct their billing error i would be happy to return as a customer when next we need dental work done.

Very friendly staff with great service. Dr Chris Waters was great and very helpful. I received a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was feeling OK, which was a very nice touch. This dental clinic will be our new family dentist.

First of I will start with the fact I really do not like dentists and never have from a very young age. From the first time I spoke with gentle dental care it was a great experience helped put my mind at ease and went above and beyond in care and support. I can confidently say I have had the best experience with Dr Mamta she is very caring and goes through every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable and at ease.
