I understand this is a difficult time we all face and I have the up most respect for our Police , Ambo's , & Hospital staff. However the understanding needs to go both ways and a reception attendant needs to understand we are parents trying to protect our kids while holding down full time work in an unsettled environment. If you work in a public facing role you need to expect to be asked the same question or questions several times a day and more so when your dealing with parents trying to do the right thing and protect their most prized possession. Wish you could ZERO stars I have been trying to call for 3 days to cancel appointments no answer at all no matter what time of day I call
This is the most uncaring doctors I have ever had dealings with the receptionist is rude and unhelpful if you do get through the wait time is completely unacceptable over 2hrs the other day and we didnt even get to have our appointment and were not even advised by reception of the delay it was a fellow patient avoid this so called doctors at all costs

The doctors here are chronically late. Sometimes the doctors seem unaware the patient is waiting until reception reminds them. Processes need to be reviewed.
