Neal grew up in Bomaderry before going to the University of Sydney. He has been a partner in the practice since 1995 and is now the sole owner. Neal is the experienced Surgeon of the team and also loves the Dairy Cattle and Alpaca component of the Practice. Neal shares home with his wife Bec, their four daughters and one son and also two Whippets, Penny and Cooper.
