Originally built in 1910, we renovated this 4 bedroom Victorian house to create a modern space that has the warmth and charm of a period home. This involved reinstating large profile skirting boards, arches, cornices and ceiling roses to the front part of the house, while adding features to the outside including a bullnose veranda, lacework, window mouldings and timber sash windows.
