Viewbank Podiatry exists within a busy multi-disciplinary Medical Centre and has been operating for over 28 years. Our five Podiatrists have extensive knowledge on the treatment of a range of foot complaints from chronic heel pain, paediatric conditions, to sports injuries, as well as general foot pain and chronic toenail conditions.
Our Podiatrists have a particular interest in occupational and sports related injuries. Many of these conditions will require footwear advice, stretching advice/exercises, and/or foot orthoses. A referral is not necessary when wanting to make an appointment unless you have been referred by your Doctor under the EPC (Medicare) program.

Our Podiatrists offer sporting and casual footwear advice for both workers and active people looking for the most suitable shoe for their foot-type. We currently sell over 30 styles of quality extra depth footwear suitable for people with Diabetes. We currently sell Dr. Comfort, Revere Sandals and Archies Thongs.

One of the more common foot disorders presented to our clinic is heel pain. A sharp pain under the heel experienced first thing in the morning, or after periods of rest, is indicative of an inflammatory condition known as "plantar fasciitis." Some workers will feel pain advancing after a long day on their feet.
