I used Moore & Moore to process a tax return as a working holiday maker, when I received an assessment back I was told I had to pay $10k in unpaid Tax. This couldn't have been correct as a Working Holiday Maker there are certain tax breaks and I'd earned nowhere near enough to have a tax bill that large. When I rang up John, a man that seems to be more elusive than any man I've ever met, he refused to listen to my opinion, and told me to take the $10k bill on the chin, then put the phone down on me and refused to respond to emails. Couldn't recommend an accounting service more. I came to Moore and Moore it was the 3rd different accounting agency id used, Simply put Ryan and John got me back the biggest return I've seen, they called me on two separate occasions working out every little detail to go above and beyond. Seriously an unbelievable team here, highly recommend .
