Always been prompt, reliable and very professional for my home, investment property and friends to whom I have recommended Taplin. Likewise, were extremely helpful when I needed to replace a broken lock.

We have had two security doors made and installed by Taplin - we loved the first one so much we went back for another for the back door. So well made - perfect fit - and great customer service. Highly recommended.
