Dont show up to scheduled appointments, never answer their phone or the reception lady just doesnt care. Have been trying to get our aircon fixed for 2 weeks now and they just cant be bothered to get back to you. Absolute joke

Stay away from this company.Big zero for honesty. This is an email that I have sent them and it speaks for itself after they tried to charge me.
"Hi there. I spoke to your office a couple of weeks ago, advising them that I didn't believe that the unit was correctly diagnosed, quoting: "Work performed: attend site - inspect air conditioner in lounge room - found condenser fan motor not starting - found faulty compressor - outdoor PCB board - recommend replacing unit with a new 9 kw air conditioner - quote to follow."

Came around replaced some iron on roof and had to move dish for foxtel ,then replaced now foxtel doesn't work when asked about it ,replied with i am here to fix the roof not your foxtel ,um you broke you fix it .have rung a technician will cost me a hundred to fix . Absolutely disgusting.
