Of course, if you're looking for a great place to work out that has state of the art equipment, you've come to the right place. But we are so much more than a gym. So we take the time to get to know you and design a program just for you. Whether you want to run a marathon, play A-grade footy, lose or gain weight, rehabilitate after surgery, tone up or simply stay fit - we work with you to make that happen.
24 Hour Access

Our friendly team will still be here to help you out around 50 hours each week, but if you would like to use the Centre out of Staffed hours you will need to purchase a 24 hour access fob. Members aged 16-17 years are allowed 24 hour access but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during unstaffed hours.

All of our memberships included use of gym, ladies only training area and group exercise classes. We'll also throw in a personalised program designed by one of our trainers to make sure you feel comfortable training in the gym and are working towards your goals. Hi! Well done on taking that all important first step - we're glad you found your way here. Getting fit and healthy isn't about pushing yourself hard for 12 weeks and be done with it. It is about changing your relationship with yourself, your body and your food. Don't worry, that doesn't mean you can never laze around in front of the tv and eat chocolate again.
Programmes

We have state of the art equipment and we like to help you get the most out of it. That's why we design a programme especially for you and then do a session with you where we show you how to use the equipment and do the exercises. As you work towards your fitness goals, we'll help you modify your programme to keep it challenging and interesting.
