Dance World Studios has been training Australia's best dancers for more than twenty-five years. Established in 1987, Dance World Studios, a division of APO Arts Academy, is one of Australia's premier performing arts training institutions. The Dance World Studios strategy is two-fold.

We are fortunate to have a teaching faculty of international & national reputations to deliver the course requirements, and instil a sense of integrity & inspiration to the students.

Like any professional career, the Performing Arts requires training: a systematic, sustained and intensive physical and mental training methodology, in preparation for the demands of the professional theatre, dance & entertainment industries. The current professional climate requires artists to possess more than just a belief in themselves.

This is a 6 month to 1 year professional training program for the professional level with prior qualifications or experience. It is designed for highly motivated & disciplined dancers with advanced technical level. The program provides advanced-level training over a range of Performing Arts disciplines with particular emphasis on 'Dance & Performance', supported by allied units such as Vocals, Acting, and theoretical units.

This one year course is designed to provide preparatory training for students seeking to achieve a high level of competency in dance, with a view to pursuing a career in musical theatre or commercial dance. Graduates of this course often consider auditioning for Dance World's Advanced Courses as a means of furthering their training and professional development.
