I picked up a bunch of flowers today which I ordered during the week. From a service point of view, I was very very disappointed. On pick up they werent made up and when I commented on that, I was told they werent made up in case I didnt turn up for collection..fair point but I wasnt asked to pay at the time of ordering and pretty sure theyd still be able to be sold. When I checked the price I was reminded that Im getting the wrapping paper for no extra charge..Mmmmm pretty sure this is always included in the purchase of flowers. Called to place an order for an arrangement at 12pm and the order was taken and delivered by 3pm. Very prompt, fast and helpful and the flowers were AMAZING! Would definitely recommend.
