Payment Terms
Report
A Full 20% deposit is required on all jobs for production to begin (there is no exceptions). The current installation lead time applies to the date the deposit is received and not when the confirmation is received, or invoice sign off. Full Balance is due when the job is complete, clients will be given invoices from the installer or it may be emailed out.
Servicing and Maintenance
Report
All mechanical items need a level of maintenance, this may include lubrication. It is the Customers responsibility to lubricate mechanical items. Custom Screens recommend every 6 months, this will ensure maximum life out of the products. All items will require a level of cleaning to ensure product longevity and correct operation.
Warrantees
Report
Custom Screens warranties all installations for 2 years, this includes the installation and labour. All service calls within this time will be at no charge if the items in question are at fault. If damage is a result to neglect or product miss- use a service charge will apply. Warrantees will be void and a service call will apply if the client has organised a third party to repair faults.
