Esther James is 4305 Design's building designer. Her job is to guide you through the process of finding out what you can achieve with the available construction budget, designing the best possible scnario for your scope of work, delivering a comprehensive set of detailed construction drawings, identifying the legal requirements for your project, and whose services you need to engage to move from concept idea to approved plans.
Esther's extracurricular activities include researching emerging approaches to sustainability in residential construction. She is an advocate of the building design profession, mentors building design students and is a member and volunteer with the Building Designers Association of Australia, working towards using the built environment as a solution to climate change.
