Services
Sustainable Design
Our sustainable design service creates homes that balance environmental responsibility with modern living needs. We integrate energy-efficient systems, recycled materials, and climate-responsive layouts. Clients benefit from reduced long-term costs and a smaller ecological footprint while enjoying functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Passive Solar Design
Passive solar design optimises natural sunlight and airflow to enhance comfort and reduce energy use. We strategically position windows, thermal mass, and shading to suit Queensland's climate. This approach lowers heating and cooling costs while maintaining indoor comfort year-round.
Off-Grid Design
Off-grid designs enable rural living with minimal reliance on public utilities. We incorporate renewable energy systems, water harvesting, and sustainable materials. Clients gain independence from grid infrastructure while maintaining modern amenities in remote locations.
Renovate and Extend
Renovation and extension services revitalise existing homes to meet contemporary needs. We focus on expanding living spaces, improving energy efficiency, and preserving architectural character. Clients enjoy enhanced functionality without compromising their home's original charm.
Building Design Services
Our building design services cover custom homes from concept to approval. We collaborate closely with clients to align designs with their lifestyle and budget. Expertise spans modern, heritage, and off-grid projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.

My husband and I worked with Esther on designing our renovation for our home. She did a great job of drawing our vision for our home and she brought lots of great ideas to the plans, improving the end result. She was also very patient and accomodating with making all of the changes to the plans. She is a very talented and creative designer! Thanks Esther! Looking forward to seeing it unfold.
