Report
We investigate, review and recommend appropriate remedial works for a raft of problems with buildings, ranging from leaking roofs and balconies to damp issues and broken and deflected roof structures. This may or may not involve engaging and supervising contractors to carry out the remedial works, as the client prefers.
Residential

Design of new houses and additions to existing houses, including footings design, structure design for portals and unusual framing, roof design and upper floor design in concrete or timber. Footings design, to AS2870, includes soil testing and assessment. In the case of additions, it's often more challenging to get the new parts to reflect the existing old house architecture than to design a completely new structure.

Investigation, analysis, design and documentation of a variety of unusual projects is the general idea. We also look at not only steel reinforcing but also reinforcing materials such as glass fibre and glass rods. These projects are within residential, commercial, industrial, coastal and mining industries.
Coastal
Report
Boat ramps and boat launching facilities for recreational and commercial vessels, where we conceptualise facilities on the coast and in rivers and estuaries and attend to the detailed design documentation. The designs generally comply with SABFAC guidelines to enable clients to apply for funding grants from the SA Government.
Civil
Report
Civil design and documentation for your every need - from stormwater to elevated boardwalks & everything in between. Roadway, pavement and hardstand area designs, undertaken for minimal traffic loading, specific high load vehicles such as forklifts or general road or highway loading conditions, as well as contouring areas to control stormwater runoff and make sure they work as planned, and designing pavement surfaces themselves.
