Bush Kindy
Our Bush Kindy program immerses children in nature-based learning experiences. Through guided outdoor exploration, children develop physical coordination, environmental awareness, and creative problem-solving skills. Early Learning Programs

What age groups do you cater for?
We provide childcare for children aged 0-5 years across five developmental stages: Learners (0-12 months), Explorers (1-2 years), Discoverers (2-3 years), Investigators (3-4 years), and Conquerors (3-5 years).
What qualifications do your educators have?
All our educators hold current early childhood qualifications and working with children checks. Our team includes degree-qualified teachers and diploma-level educators who receive ongoing professional development in early childhood education.
What is included in your fees?
Our fees include all meals, nappies, educational programs, and daily activities. We provide morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and a late snack prepared by on-site chefs using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
How do you communicate with parents?
We use the Kindy Hub app for real-time updates, daily reports, and photo sharing. Educators also maintain face-to-face communication during drop-off and collection times, with formal parent-teacher meetings twice yearly.
What safety measures are in place?
All centres have secure entry systems, qualified first aiders on-site, and strict child supervision protocols. We maintain 24/7 CCTV monitoring, regular safety audits, and emergency response plans that are reviewed annually with staff and families.
Do you offer government-approved programs?
Yes, we deliver the Queensland Government's Approved Kindergarten Program with qualified teachers. Our centres participate in the Child Care Subsidy scheme and meet all National Quality Framework standards for early childhood education.

We have had 5 children go through Amaze. We have been founding families with both Silkstone and RBP. My Wife is a former educator and was extremely fussy looking at Centres! as soon as she found Amaze she knew it was the centre for our children.We love how it is privately owned, the owner is so involved in all her centres and even hosts the playgroups which my children enjoy and the facilities are amazing! well done Lucy on such amazing centres..

I have worked at Amaze Hinterland for almost 9 years. I first walked into Amaze as a mother with my son Jett and we loved the home feeling and friendly staff and owner . It made sense when I studied later in life , that Amaze would be where I would do placement and once qualified, continue my career as a Group Leader for the past 7 years. I… have had the most amazing opportunities for personal growth and development , and had opportunity to teach and love some wonderful children over the years. I feel blessed to be a part of an amazing family at Amaze Hinterland.

Would not recommend. They need to re-evaluate their current Pre Prep program as it was a shocker this year, which many parents would agree. Its has become very commercialised feel at hinterland. Has no feel of being family orientated anymore. Does not stand out compared to surrounding daycares.

Amaze Hinterland is wonderful!! My son loves the outdoor area, messy play, educational play, socialising with great mates. The teachers are top class, so warm and inviting to kids and parents, truly care about the kiddos. My son was ready to hop out of his car seat and start his day at school and then showed me around at pickup, happy to stay awhile. It’s a great feeling when you’re confident your child is at the right place with amazing teachers.

The ladies at Amaze have helped my niece so much. They are so supportive & understanding and I love that they are open & honest with guardians about their child. A lot of daycares aren't!

I recently enrolled my son here and so happy with my decision. super friendly staff, lovely food for the children. He lives going there and I'm super impressed with Mr Ben and Mr Darcy. Love the days (we get prewarmed to wear old clothes as) the kids are going exploring and getting dirty or having "messy play"
