Went in there, was made to feel like an idiot for requesting a specific width of engineered board and type of timber (tasmanian oak) that they do not stock, then referred to solid timber suppliers despite specifically asking for an engineered board. Was given the suggestion that I just ring other places rather than go their showrooms, ie. I was wasting his time. Hopeless. Do not use these people.
