Extremely happy with the service from our first appointment to the end. Doug Lee and his wonderful team were so informative and explained the process in such detail and also spoke to our son to ensure he did the right thing and followed instructions, which was an essential part of the process in order to get the outstanding results he did. We are very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending Glenferrie Orthodontics.

This is an outstanding clinic. Professional, caring and honest. I dont understand a previous review that implied this team arent interested in patient care; my experience has been the complete opposite, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Theyve always been very accommodating with any urgent problems, and I cant recommend them highly enough.

HORRIBLE! What ever you do don't send your kid here! Anywhere else but here. Receptionist is rude, had. to wait for 1 week to fix something which broke, and my child was in PAIN. They only care about money. DO NOT GO HERE!!
