Our Story

Broadwater Hospitality Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company which is better known under its trading name of Broadwater Hotels and Resorts (Broadwater). In 2005 Broadwater was acquired by the publicly listed Elders Limited (ASX stock code "ELD"). In 2008 Broadwater was acquired from Elders Limited under a management buy-out (MBO) lead by Broadwater CEO, Scott Cogar.
