Karen at Beach Stays is a star. She made sure our stay in Newport was as easy to arrange as it was enjoyable. The apartment was also fantastic - very clean, spacious and with very high quality furniture including great kitchen ware and beds.

We stayed in the Boathouse apartment for a weekend and it was such a pleasure to be there. The apartment was super clean with fresh white sheets, towels and comfy beds. It was very nicely presented with everything you could need. An easy breezy mini-break! We love the quiet location of this apartment too. Thanks for having us!

Lovely place to stay with a group friends to celebrate a wedding anniversary, very modern, clean & comfortable house with plenty of space for 4 couples. Winter weather, didnt stop us having a great time, we ordered in Pizza, and enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the Kiosk, only steps away. We would very happily stay at Coal and Candle cottage anytime!

Very comfortable overnight stay for 4 couples. Plenty of living and dining room, very adequate kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and beds. Very clean and modern furnishings, air conditioned. Lovely views and handy to the Kiosk for breakfast or lunch. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Cottage with 3 other couples and had a fantastic time......the Cottage lay out is ideal for a group with the 4 bedrooms and a large lounge/dining room. We had food delivered from Cavallinos in Terrey Hills for dinner and ate at the Kiosk for lunch and breakfast......great views and very peaceful.
