Do you deliver interstate?
We deliver to NSW, ACT, VIC, and QLD. For other regions, customers arrange preferred couriers. Delivery bookings require 48-hour advance confirmation.
What payment plans are available?
We offer Zip and Afterpay options for purchases, alongside standard credit card payments. Terms apply to approved applicants only.
How do I care for reclaimed timber furniture?
Use our recommended Howard Feed-N-Wax every 6-12 months. Avoid direct sunlight and heating sources to maintain finish quality and prevent warping.

Store staff are helpful and courteous. However, once an order is in, and paid for, central office staff have not bothered to contact us with progress of orders or expected delivery dates. This has happened on 3 occasions. More visits to the store have failed to ascertain expected delivery dates. Store staff have followed up but unable to get answers from central office staff; or so we are told. 1825, get your act together, pls.

Yesterday a friend and I went to your Campbelltown Store to be greeted by 2 lovely sales ladies. They were fantastic and offered us brochures on what I had seen on line before we had got there. They explained all the features and displayed how one table (extendable etc) worked, gave us measurements etc I live on the Central Coast and will return to… your shop but at Rutherford this time as it is closer to make my purchases. The ladies world remember us as my friend had a fall just before she entered your shop. Thank you again for the amazing Customer Service that we received 🙏🙏

My husband and I visited the Campbelltown store yesterday with the idea of shopping around in the area for a new lounge. We didn’t get any further than this store. A special mention to the outstanding Simran who exhibited great knowledge of the products and overall excellent customer service. We cannot wait for our furniture to arrive!
