My career began 17 years ago with a major real estate franchise, where I quickly achieved sales results that saw me ranked in their top 10% of sales people nationally. It's during this time I learned that with conventional real estate agencies, people selling their homes are signed up into offices of competing sales people.

These agents must carry large numbers of listings to meet office budgets, impossible to manage properly if they intend on communicating with their vendors and buyers effectively.
