Over priced paid extra for a premium room
On arrival we found the ceiling collapsed in the bathroom the carpet was lifting and badly stained
The clincher was one of the three very old and tattered balcony chairs was held together with surgical masks

Our second time staying at Pacific Regis and again we really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right opposite the beach and a couple minutes walk down to the shops, restaurants and cafes. The bathrooms in our apartment were dated but that doesn't bother us as long as the room is clean which it was. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and kitchenware you could need if you wanted to cook. The kids loved that they had 2 pools to choose from and we spent quite a bit of time in both pools. Highly recommend calling directly for the best rates.
