The typical recruitment agent that is not only complete utter trash but lives up to the reputation why they serve no purpose in the general economy other than a parasitic fiend that wastes job seekers time. The recruiter- Emer McCann employs the age old tactic of resume harvesting by posting false job ads online. Don't give them the satisfaction to leech off your career that you have built so hard in your resume. I met with Emer not too long ago after sending in my application for a job ad on Seek. Upon our discussion she dismissed my resume saying that "she believes that I am inexperienced enough

Never have I experienced a recruitment agency as good as this. My recruiter Nicole Felice is probably one of the hardest working people I've come across. She is so passionate about her work and I can always rely on her to be so proactive in finding me work again every time my contract comes to an end. I'd highly recommend GOW to anyone.

Having read bad reviews for GOW I am in slight shock! I have been registered with them, Nicole Felice specifically, who has treated me with nothing but respect and helped me find an incredible role in a company I am extremely happy at. If I ever need to look for another role she will be my first port of call.

The worst recruitment agency ever in my eyes. Please do not go anywhere near them. Registered with them and met with their Nicole Felice. Was quick to convince me to accept a temping assignment - most probably because she was under pressure to get the role filled, whilst fully aware that my focus was on a permanent full time role. Once assignment completed, never heard back from her once. My numerous attempts to get in touch with her failed miserably. I have, to this day, never been contacted by Nicole ever since. My countless applications for roles advertised by GOW Recruitment were totally ignored
