I also create beautiful cakes for birthdays, christening and any other special occasion. Chocolate & white chocolate mud cakes are my specialty, covered in a yummy ganache then decorated with chocolate chards, fondant or yummy vanilla butter cream icing.
I also make cupcakes and a variety of other of cakes with lots of flavours to choose from. All my cakes are homemade, I don't use any premixes. My prices are very reasonable and I don't charge extra simply because it is a wedding cake. Servicing Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. Cupcake stands and silver cake stands also available for hire.

Hi, my name is Simone and I have been a qualified chef for 30 years now. I have worked both here in Australia and overseas. I have owned a couple of cafe's in Brisbane for 8 years but after working 7 days a week and very long hours we decided to sell so I could concentrate on my family and my love of cake making and decorating.
