Booked and paid in full to stay to look after grandkids whilst my Son and Daughter in law attended a wedding. Unfortunately due to border closure we had to cancel. Paid for 4 nights $995 and guess what? Cancelation fee was $995. Do you keep my money and still have the room available? I was happy to forfeit some of my money..but all of it, really??? Have stayed there before with family in numerous rooms.Never again.

We booked and paid over $1500 to stay here for 5 nights next week on 27 June 2021. And last night 24 june 2021 6pm the covid-19 restrictions :
