Absolutely woeful. I tried repeatedly to get James to address my business taxation matters with no joy whatsoever, and it is now going to cost me, dearly. After cutting ties after the first failed attempt, to which he admitted he had let me down substantially, I reached back out to James to have another go at it, as he came well-recommended by a work colleague. He said he would "roll up his sleeves" and get into it. Shortly after I received emails asking for information that I had already given him, and again, all communication rapidly broke down with no action being taken to either follow-up
