Wasn't told about $100 pet deposit when I rang and confirmed booking, $6 for room delivery and there menu was a bit pricey. Only a click button to secure room door so not a lot of security. Staff were nice

I would give this place 0 stars if it allowed me. Issues with hot water constantly and no proactive owner / manager. And no refunds or help. Was gaslighted re same. Will NEVER be back, beware of room 233. Cleaning staff were incredible, maintenance guy lovely. Mei receptionist trying her hardest but need 2 staff for her 1 job. Wake up management/owner. You need to spend money to make money. People want a hot shower and a bed. And no power points for business people in the 'suites'. Other customers effected during my stay.

Great service and friendly staff, room could have been cleaned a little better. Nice central location. Traffic noise can be noticeable if you stay in the front part of the complex.

Stayed for one night, disappointed.
Stupidity overpriced! Staff took forever to answer the phone when called to confirm my booking. No hot water for the night or the next morning to have a shower not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Bed was comfortable but thats about it. Wont be wasting my money staying here again!
