Established in 2014, Botanical has grown from a quaint CBD flower studio to a spacious West Hobart headquarters eight times larger than our original premises. Our journey began when founder Kate Sice, with over 30 years' experience in the floral industry since age 20, seized the opportunity to create a creative space that celebrates botanical beauty. The original Macquarie Street location, fondly remembered as The Baby Shop Botanical, was transformed through four weeks of dedicated restoration before evolving into Botanical West Hobart. Our current white corner shopfront at 187 Warwick Street features a working studio, gift store and forest of indoor plants, offering an eclectic experience that engages all senses. Team Botanical, comprising talented florists with innate creative abilities, forms the backbone of our business and delivers magical floral designs daily.We specialise in seasonal blooms, trusting nature's rhythm to guide our creations while maintaining a commitment to simplicity in floral artistry. The workshop program, personally guided by Kate, provides hands-on experiences that spark creativity and produce floral masterpieces. I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful flowers and balloon my daughter gave to me today for my birthday they are so beautiful I love them my daughter said the whole shop was full of beautiful things as well as flowers and she received excellent customer service so we will be back and the flowers looked beautiful in my workplace today but now going home with me

Super quick delivery service and gorgeous fresh flowers! I live in Sydney & needed flowers delivered to a friend in Hobart about to go through cancer treatment and the website was super easy to use and in over an hour the flowers were delivered to my friend. Its made her day & Im so happy with the gorgeous bouquet & the super quick service.

I order some flowers for my partner last week for our 10th year anniversary and she absolutely loved it. She thinks its the most beautiful bouquet shes ever received and that says a lot. Flowers are stunning but every time I have entered the Hobart store over the years, I don't receive any assistance or even a smile. I am always made feel like I am a nuisance even if I am the only one in the store. I now order online so that I don't have to go anywhere near the store. Customer service needs to be improved.
