Andrew was raised in Sydney then Brisbane, trained in Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diplomas of Legal Practice and Education and has partially completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1987, the Supreme Court of NSW in 1990 and the High Court of Australia in 2010.
