For onsite service and assistance our technicians are always available. For non-warranty call out our fees are $185+GST for travel plus the first hour and $90+GST for each additional hour thereafter (NSW metro). For remote hands work (via remote desktop to your local PC) our fees are $90 + GST per incident.
