Booked a room with a spa for two nights ,the spa was cold for the entire time we were there.
Spoke to management about this they looked at the spa blamed us that we had turned it off this was not the case. Very rude staff

Cody from reception couldn't have been any more helpful if she tried!! Really just made my experience a whole lot easier! Hotel was nice for the price and location very close walk to the restaurants along the water. :)

Before I wrote this I left considerable time for an email reply but sadly I did not recieve one. Unfortunately it wasnt a great stay as the unit was very dirt & old
Great reception & fill in managers at the time but that was it.The full time Managers need to let owners know they need to update the old &tired units & also maybe do an extra check over before gusets check in.The uncleanliness was really bad & could have been avoided if a once over was done before our check in.Such a pity as these units are in prime location for holidays.
