John and Luke installed our air conditioner and we couldnt be happier with them or their work, starting with their advance notice of attendance, their punctuality, friendliness and respect of our home, cleaning up any mess made inside and out. Not always do you experience exceptional service with trades people. Living Cool Air-conditioning is the exception. They exceeded our expectations and in customer service, quality of product, price and timeliness. Our air-con broke down and Living Cool changed their schedule to assist us and worked with the parameters of our insurance company. Very practical, helpful to all of our questions and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
