I create honest and timeless images that show connection, emotion and soul. SBP is owned and operated by me, Melbourne Bayside born and bred Susan Bradfield.

Once a physiotherapist, and a 'professional' expat who has lived in London, Shanghai and Zurich, I am now proud to have made the transition to professional photography. As a mother of two precious ones, I understand the invaluable and important legacy of photographic memories and passionately believe in the importance of documenting our lives.

For her: the party will be a fun-filled day with birthday cupcakes and a photoshoot (with hair and age appropriate makeup included). What can make it even more perfect? Inviting up to 5 friends to share it all.
What is included: hair and age appropriate makeup, pastel themed tulle outfits if desired, photoshoot with 2 outfit changes, and after the party, at a later date, each girl will receive an individual and group photo print as a party favour and the birthday girl will receive 8 photos - her choice from the photo shoot gallery I will provide.

The tininess of your baby changes in the blink of an eye. I capture these moments to last forever in my portrait studio in Brighton, Bayside Melbourne. My studio is full of beautiful props and drops that I source from around the world. I use different natural textures, fabrics and colours to compliment your baby but unless you would prefer, my emphasis is always on your baby, and not on the props.

Pregnancy can be such a special time to look back on, (although if we are honest, it isn't always). No matter how you feel about your pregnancy journey, I will help you feel beautiful for a few hours. My goal is to capture your maternal beauty and strength in your images for you and for generations to come.

As a mother of two, and a photographer, I believe strongly in the importance of capturing family memories. Melbourne provides countless wonderful opportunities for outdoor photography sessions and I can travel to a location that has meaning to your family (within 12 km of Hampton). I also offer sessions in my Bayside studio of you prefer a studio look.
