Eltham Hotel
The Eltham Hotel has a rich history dating back to the late nineteenth century. It first opened as Watson's Hotel, a double-storied building constructed on the Main Road frontage circa 1887 for Christopher Watson. It has social and historical significance as an important meeting place within the Little Eltham township.

Over the years it has undergone refurbishments and renovations, all the while maintaining its old fashioned charm. Through the 1950s, the Eltham Hotel was a meeting place for artists, intellectuals and mud brick builders in the area, developing a distinctive local lifestyle at that time. These days, we offer a Family Bistro with plenty of options to satisfy guests of all ages.

We strive to be at the heart of our local community by providing a place for friends to meet, for families to relax and to host local functions and events. We are the unofficial 'clubhouse' for a number of local sporting teams - a place to re-convene after matches, sell raffle tickets, celebrate victories and commiserate losses.
