Services
CBT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Our clinicians use evidence-based CBT protocols to treat anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Tailored interventions ensure practical, long-term improvements in mental health and emotional well-being.
Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy addresses deep-seated emotional and behavioural patterns through structured interventions. We help clients develop healthier coping strategies for chronic issues like relationship difficulties and self-esteem challenges. This approach combines cognitive, behavioural, and experiential techniques for lasting change.
DBT
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) equips clients with skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Our team specialises in treating complex conditions like borderline personality disorder and chronic suicidality. Comprehensive programs include individual and group therapy sessions.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) treats trauma and PTSD by processing distressing memories. Our clinicians use bilateral stimulation techniques to reduce the emotional impact of traumatic experiences. This therapy promotes rapid healing and symptom relief for trauma survivors.
Forensic Assessments
Forensic psychological assessments evaluate mental health in legal contexts. We provide court reports, expert testimony, and treatment recommendations for criminal, family, and immigration cases. Our AHPRA-endorsed clinicians ensure rigorous, evidence-based evaluations for legal professionals.

Report
Bridge Psychologists is a warm welcoming environment. Jeremy Lim great for those who are looking for an attentive and well informed psychologist who can offer a range of tools for patients to use to help themselves. Getting an appointment is usually reasonably easy, however parking can be a bit of a pain due to the CBD so leave extra time for finding a park.

My daughter could not make an appointment, so she tried to cancel however as it was less than 24 hours notice they said they would still charge her $220 for the cancellation. When she asked if they could wave the fee as she is struggling financially as she works part time and is a University student both the Practice Manager and the Psychologist said no, as it was company policy and they can't change it. So they were willing to harm my daughter financially which negatively impacted her mental health even though they provide mental health services. ZERO stars.
