In 2017, Guy Jordan of NibbleIT, replaced my partner's iMac with a different iMac (with a different serial number and lesser specs) under the disguise of repairing the original iMac. Guy never owned up to it when Guy was confronted, and it took taking the matter to the Wembley police for Guy to admit his nefarious actions! Guy eventually got his business insurance to cover him. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE! What possesses someone to do this? Guy should not be trusted with your business or repairs, if he did this to my partner!!! I wish we could give this business 0 stars not 1!

I have used Guy's services for more than 2 years and he is incredibly prompt and effective at fixing problems. Today my scanner wasn't connecting to my PC and he literally fixed the issue via remote access in 1 minute flat, in addition to creating a short cut. Happy days!
