I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Tracey for an order for a dear friend of mine. I had selected wrong area for delivery so paid for delivery charges and Tracey was so accommodating and delivered Free of charge and put a beautiful candle in for my friend. The flowers and candle far exceeded my expectations (You never know when you are using a service from afar what you will get) - My friend was over the moon with the stunning delivery and made it even more special that she deals with this florist herself.

Found Tracey's website from google when I was looking for local florist for a sympathy flowers for our bestfriends dad's funeral service for the next day, all happened so sudden. Had a chat with Tracey through interactive chat on her website and that time i didnt realise its her day off but she still answering my questions and requests for wednesday before lunchtime delivery . Tracey made a beautiful flowers arrangement for Brian's funeral service and delivered it ontime. Again thank you so much for your help much appreciate it. Christine

I have been using Fresh Flowers by Tracey for quite some time now and havent had a bad bunch yet. Tracey is easy to work with as she is always ready to help in suggestion nice arrangements. She is reliable and her bouquets are just gorgeous and long lasting. Tracey also uses biodegradable twin and wrappings in bouquets which is an extra bonus looking out for our environment when disposing of your flowers.
