Absolutely horrendous as clearly the receptionist wouldnt want to continue a normal conversation as I ask about business hours , its response is irrelevant and reschedule me to make an appointment on Monday.

Probably wouldn't even rate it a one. I waited two hours, the doctor I saw I couldn't even understand at all and he was laughing at me when I told him what was wrong (talk about making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed)
